Our heartfelt condolences and deepest sympathies. Monsignor Flynn touched so many lives in his years as a servant to the Lord. He was a kind and gentle soul. He celebrated many family milestones for us throughout the years. I was very fortunate to have worked beside him in prison ministry. May God bless him with open arms and may he rest in eternal peace.

I meet Father Flynn when newly ordained, he arrived at Sacred Heart Church Mt. Holly. We have been friends for 50 years. A wonderful priest, kind, funny (Irish wit) all of my family loved him. He celebrated the marriage of my son, David & Regina. Blessed our 40 and 60 anniversary! He will bring joy to Heaven.

Monsignor, Flynn was our pastor at St Marks Seagirt New Jersey for 15 years. He was a wonderful priest, his sermons were excellent, and he truly loved his parishioners . I especially will always remember that he came to the hospital to give my daughter last rites before she passed away. He was not only our pastor. He was our friend. He remains in my prayers always may God welcome him home

We loved this man and he was truly doing the lords work. He just had the aura. Deepest sympathy to all of Monsignor's relatives in his beloved Ireland and true friends, across the pond, of which he had countless ones of, on this, a great loss for all of us.

Monsignor Flynn, Father Flynn, Sean, all these names express who you are. Our family loved you; you showed us the true meaning of living the life of Christ. We thank you for all you did, for being our friend and the spirit you left with us. I'm sure George has already welcomed you. Be at peace and comfort in the arms of our Lord. With all our love, The Andrews Family.

Msgr Flynn was a man of warmth and substance. He was the reason I left my other church and came to St Mark’s in Sea Girt. He was so real. He exuded sincerity. He will be remembered as the absolute best. πŸ’”
