Paul Flanagan died on Thursday, 5th March 2026, peacefully in Cavan General Hospital. Surrounded by his loving family, after a short illness bravely borne.
Predeceased by his parents John and recently by his mother Eileen (1st January 2026)
Cherished and adored father of Gerard, Keiran and Kirsty (Johnny). Paul will be sadly missed and remembered with love by his daughter, sons; and their mother Catriona, adored grandchildren; Anthony, Finley-Joe, Shay-Patrick, Conor-Patrick, Riley-Paul and Sienna-Kate, his siblings; Jim, Ronnie (Marie), Leo (Geraldine), Keiran (Sue), Margaret (Freddie), Helen (Thomas), Allan (Mairead), sisters-in-law, brothers-in-law, extended family, neighbours, many friends and by all who knew and loved Paul.
Paul will repose at Martin's Family Room, Newbliss, H18C962 on Saturday evening (7th) from 4pm to 7pm and again Sunday evening (8th) from 4pm to 6pm with removal at 6.30pm to the Sacred Heart Church, Clones arriving for 7pm.
Paul’s Funeral Mass will take place on Monday (9th) at 11am, burial afterwards in Mount St Oliver's Cemetery
Paul's funeral cortège to the chapel on Sunday evening will travel via The Diamond (approx 6.50pm) and Fermanagh St, (Driving)
