26 Highfield Close, Monaghan Town and formally of 16 High Street, Monaghan and Highfield Close, Monaghan.

Pauline Burke (née McArdle) passed away on Saturday, November 1st, 2025.

Predeceased by her husband, Audy; her son, David; parents, Paul and Annie; and sister-in-law, Lorraine.

Sadly missed by her brother, Ardle; niece, Nichola (Corey, Maisy, Tommy); nephews, Paul (Jack) and Marc (Caitlín, Jaiden, Riley).

Reposing at McMahons Funeral Home, Emyvale, H18FK80, from 6pm to 8pm on Sunday, 2nd November. Funeral Mass will take place in St Macartan’s Cathedral at 11am on Monday, 3rd November with burial afterwards in Latlurcan cemetery.

House strictly private, please.

Sincere sympathies to Ardle, Paul, Nichola and Marc on the loss of Pauline. I always loved seeing her come in through the door. She was so full of life and was a true Monaghan institution. She loved all of you dearly, and I know you will all feel her loss profoundly.
