Rosaleen Brady (nee Smyth) passed away on Saturday June 13th 2026, peacefully at her home, surrounded by her heartbroken family.
Predeceased by her beloved husband Brian and her parents Pat and Rosemary.
Rosaleen was dearly loved and sadly missed by her daughters; Geraldine (Brendan) and Bernie, her son Aidan (Eva), her adored grandchildren; Cian, Slany, Enda, Brian, Christopher, Ríona, Lana, Finbar, Orla, Heidi, Karl and Leonard, her sister Monica Mc Breen, brother Hughie (Ann), nephews, nieces, all her extended family and her many friends.
May she rest in peace.
Reposing at the McMahon Funeral Home, Farnham Rd, Cavan (H12 C821) on Sunday evening from 5pm until 7pm.
Funeral Mass on Monday at 12 noon in the Cathedral of S.s Patrick and Felim, Cavan followed by burial in St. Aidan's Cemetery, Butlersbridge.
Family flowers only please, donations in lieu, if desired, to the Cavan / Monaghan Palliative Care fund via the website or donation box in the Funeral Home.
