Suie Smith (nee Smith) passed away on Thursday, May 7th, 2026. Peacefully, surrounded by her loving family at Lisdarn, Cavan General Hospital.
Predeceased by her parents Joe & Kathleen, brother Jim and nephew Mark.
Sadly missed by her loving husband Seamus, daughter Síle, son's; Jim and Andrew, sister's; Connie, Pauline, Geraldine and Norine, brother Ulty, grandson Oisín, daughter in law Stephanie, sisters in law, brothers in law, nieces, nephews, relatives, her many good friends and neighbours.

Reposing at Briody's Funeral Home, Kilnaleck (A82 DX59) on Saturday (9th) from 5pm to 7pm. Funeral Mass on Sunday (10th) in St. Brigids Church, Mountnugent at 11am. Burial afterwards in Ballinacree Cemetery. Family flowers only please, donations in lieu if desired to Oldcastle Alzheimer's Day Centre c/o Briody's Funeral Home or any family member.
