Terence Galligan passed away on Tuesday, June 9th, 2026, peacefully in the loving care of his family and the wonderful staff at Cavan General Hospital.
Predeceased by his parents P.J. and Annie, his sister Margaret Lee, nephew Shane O'Rourke and niece baby Katie Galligan.
Terence will be sadly missed by his heartbroken partner Ann, stepdaughter Teresa (David), his brother Peter (Sinead), sisters Rose (Dominic), Teresa (Eugene), Ann (Patrick), Maura (Thomas), Kathleen and Phyillis (Thomas), brother in law Michael Lee, Uncle Petie Galligan and Aunt Peggy Cosgrove. Lovingly remembered by The Lynch Family Aughawee, nieces, nephews, cousins, relatives, neighbours and friends.

Reposing at Briody's Funeral Home, Kilnaleck on Wednesday (10th) evening from 5pm - 8pm (family will take a 15 minute break at 6.30pm). Removal from his home on Thursday (11th) morning to St. Joseph's Church, Drumkilly for Funeral Mass at 12noon. Burial afterwards in the local cemetery.
