Teresa McConnell (née Brady) passed away on Monday June 8th 2026, peacefully in the loving care of her family and the wonderful staff in Medical 2 wardCavan General Hospital.
Predeceased by her beloved husband Patsy, her brother John and her sisters Rose, Rita, Sadie and Phyllis.
Teresa was much loved and will be very sadly missed by her heartbroken daughter Mary and her son in law Brendan, her adored grandchildren Poppy and Olivia, brothers in law Joe and Gerry, sister in law Lauri, nephews, nieces,all her extended family and her many friends.
May she rest in peace.
Teresa will repose at the McMahon Funeral Home, Farnham Rd, Cavan (H12C821) on Tuesday evening from 5pm until 7pm. Funeral Mass on Wednesday in the Cathedral of S.s Patrick and Felim, Cavan at 1 o'clock and burial afterwards in St.Brigid's Cemetery, Killygarry.
