Togher, Cavan.
Thomas (Tommy) Murphy died on Monday, 28th July. Peacefully, in the tender care of the doctors and nurses in Cavan General Hospital, surrounded by his loving family.
Reunited in heaven with his parents; Annie and Owen, sisters; and Beatrice, Kitty, Patricia and brother Eugene.
Sadly missed by his wife Norie, sister Alice (McKenna) and brother John.
Tommy's quick wit and sense of humor will be fondly remembered by all who knew him, especially his lovingly devoted nieces Michelle and Aine, nephew Ian, good friend and neighbour John, many nieces, nephews, grand-nieces & grand-nephews, sister-in-law, extended family, neighbours and a wide circle of friends.
Resting at Briody's Funeral Home, Kilnaleck, on Tuesday (29th July) from 6pm to 8pm. Funeral Mass on Wednesday in St. Matthew's Church, Crosskeys at 12pm, followed by burial in the adjoining cemetery.
Family flowers only please, donations in lieu if desired to Cavan Palliative Care.
