The fire service in Cavan are recruiting new retained firefighters. Those recruited will be on a part time on-call contract.
Applicants should over 18 years of age and live and work between 1 to 1.5 miles from their local fire station, to allow for a quick response to emergencies. Those interested in the position should also be aware that they are expected to commit to the position for at least a year.
