Heir hunters have helped located the family of a Monaghan woman who died in the UK in 2015 without a will.

There's a rising number of cases being presented to probate genealogy firms to find the benefactors of Irish people who die without a known next of kin.

Sheila Lancaster, nee McCaffrey, was born in Clones in 1928 and died in an Essex nursing home six years ago, leaving an estate worth over 400,000 euro.
