20,000 plus homes and businesses without electricity in Cavan and Monaghan

228,000 homes and businesses are without electricity following Storm Eowyn, however the government admits it could be after this weekend when every fault is repaired.

Almost 24,000 of them are in Cavan and Monaghan. 105,000 households are still without water following last Friday's storm.
