852 in Cavan, 797 in Monaghan get Leaving results

Over 1,800 students in the Northern Sound region will receive their Leaving Cert results this morning.

They include 852 in Cavan and 797 in Monaghan with the results available online and in schools from 10 o'clock.

160 students in the region will receive their Leaving Cert Applied results at the same time.

93 in Cavan and 67 in Monaghan will receive their Leaving Cert Applied results.

Nationally, Almost 61 thousand Leaving Cert students will get their results today.
