Monaghan County Council is conducting a survey to gauge the level of interest in an affordable purchase scheme for new houses across the county.
Schemes are designed to assist individuals and households, who are currently working with medium income brackets.
This is in aid of those who are not eligible for social housing supports and find it difficult to access sufficient mortgage funding to allow them to purchase a property on the open market.
