Residents of the village of Newbliss in Co.Monaghan are 'fed up' with anti-social behaviour in the area.
It comes as members of the Ballybay-Clones MD raised their concerns at a group of individuals who are allegedlly travelling to the village and causing chaos.
It's understood they are barred from a number of establishments, and Gardaí have been called to a residence in Newbliss on numerous occasions.
At the most recent MD meeting, council members pointed out that residents are at their wits end, and want to make it known that this kind of behaviour won't be tolerated.
Cathaoirleach of Ballybay-Clones, Cllr Richard Truell, says people deserve to feel safe in their own local area.
