Appeal issued over spate of Blayney burglaries

Gardai in Castleblayney are appealing for anyone with information to come forward.

Gardaí are appealing for information in relation to a number of burglaries in the Castleblayney area. Garda Tracey Donaghy is appealing to anyone who could assist with ongoing investigations to come forward. Gardai are investigating a burglary which took place at Annlitten in Castleblayney. This incident occurred during the early hours of Tuesday the 4th of March between 3am and 4:30am. A number of power tools were stolen from a shed in the area and Gardai in Castleblayney would like to hear from anyone who noticed anything suspicious in Annalitten on the night of March 4th.

Elsewhere, Gardaí are appealing for information in relation to a burglary which took place in the area of Conabury, Castleblayney. The incident took place on Saturday the 8th March when a home in Conabury was forcibly entered and a number of items were stolen. This was between 2pm and 5:30pm. Anyone with information is asked to contact Gardai in Castleblayney on 042 974 7900.

Staying in the Blayney area, Gardai are investigating a burglary in the Old Coach Manor estate which took place in the early hours of Wednesday the 19th of March between 2am and 7am. A home was broken into and a number of items were taken. If you were in the vicinity of the Old Coach Manor estate on the night in question and noticed anything out of the ordinary please make contact with Gardai in Castleblayney.
