An investigation is underway following the theft of a tractor from the Tydavnet area of Co Monaghan.
A Fiat 88-94 tractor was stolen between 7pm on Thursday night last and 7am on Friday morning from the Golan/Knocknagrave area.
The theft occurred at a rural dwelling along the main Monaghan to Clogher road.

Gardaí in Monaghan are appealing for information and urging residents to check any CCTV footage from the area during those hours and ro report any suspicious activity.
The owner who is a pensioner is said to be devastated by the loss of his beloved tractor and hopes the wider community can help locate the vehicle.
