An investigation is underway into an arson attack in Duleek in County Meath.
Gardaí and fire crews from both Drogheda and Navan responded to reports of eight cars on fire in the car park of a pub on Main Street shortly before 11 o'clock last night.
Staff and customers, as well as others staying in accommodation there, were safely evacuated from the building.

No injuries were reported, and the scene has been preserved for a technical examination today.
