Works on the development of Bailieboro's Town Centre First Plan are progressing with a public event planned for next week.
The project team has taken on board the comments and feedback received at the public consultation workshop that was carried out in recent months.
Following that consultation, Cavan County Council now want to present the Draft Plan for further public consultation and are inviting feedback from the local community on the emerging ideas and proposals for the future of the Cavan Town.
A Community Drop-In Event will be held in the Bailie Hotel in Bailieborough on Wednesday, 16th August from 4pm to 7pm,
This public event will gave people in the area a chance to speak with the design team consultants and Cavan County Council representatives.
Copies of the Draft Plan will also be available for viewing in Bailieboro Library from Wednesday, 16th August to Monday, 28th August.
