The Ballybay Road from Monaghan Town has reopened following a road traffic collision yesterday evening. Local Gardai were alerted to the incident shortly before 5pm.
Nobody was seriously injured but local diversions were put in place as Gardai and emergency services attended the scene. Members of the public were also advised to avoid the area because traffic in the area yesterday evening was reported to be 'heavy'.
