There's been huge investment in mental health services across Cavan and Monaghan.
That's according to Deputy Niamh Smyth who was spoke to Shannonside/Northern Sound in the aftermath of the CAMHS report earlier this week.
The local TD says that two SCAN nurses have been provided for the region in the last few months, and more services are on the way.

She highlighted the importance of being aware that mental health difficuties are on the rise.
Deputy Smyth added that she wants to see the Jigsaw service coming to the region because it's a mental health organization that young people engage with.
