A local GAA club has applied for planning permission for upgrades on it's site. Blackhill GAA located in Castleblayney have applied to Monaghan County Council to develop a new training field on their site at Kinnagin.
Also included is new floodlighting, all-weather playing court, and car parking with an interceptor tank. The entrance from the public road is also set to be upgraded.
A decision on the application is due in May.
