A man in his 30s who was arrested as part of the investigation into the fatal hit and run that claimed the life of Cavan man Frank Nulty has been released without charge.
Gardai have confirmed that a file is being prepared for the DPP.
The incident occurred on the N3, Billis, near Ballyjamesduff last month.

A vehicle was seized on Tuesday evening and a technical examination was carried out.
The man was arrested at that time and subsequently detained at Bailieborough Garda Station until his release today.
