Car damaged following hit and run in Co Monaghan village

Gardaí in Monaghan are appealing for witnesses to a hit and run traffic accident in the village of Emyvale.

A black Ford Mondeo was damaged on the driver's side.

According to Gardaí, the incident occurred on the Main Street between 12 midday and 12:15pm on Monday the 5th December.

Gardaí are asking anyone who witnessed the incident to please contact them on 047 77240.
