Monaghan and Cavan Roads Policing Units held a joint operation in Shercock, Lough Egish and Carrickmacross yesterday.
In a post on social media, Gardaí outlined that the operation resulted in a car being detained for no insurance, NCT, or tax.
It also led to a driver who was disqualified from driving, being arrested for drug driving, and numerous speeding offences detected.
