The Executive Chef of Castle Leslie Estate says 2026 is looking even busier than 2025.
Earlier this year, Snaffles Restaurant at Castle Leslie Estate won best hotel and guesthouse restaurant in Co Monaghan at the Ulster finals of the Irish Restaurant Awards.
Castle Leslie also won 'rural destination of the year' at the Georgina Campbell Irish Food & Hospitality Awards, amongst other accolades over the past year.
