A driver in Cavan is facing a court date following an incident in recent days.
Gardaí form the Cavan Roads Policing Unit were conducting a checkpoint when they noticed a car stop short and turn back from it.
The driver was stopped and it transpired the driver had no insurance.

Their vehicle was seized and a court date is to follow for them
