A Cavan Labour Party rep says insisting people be vaccinated for certain activities is "quite reasonable".
Liam Van der Spek was speaking after some European leaders have announced that they'll be considering some form of mandatory vaccination programme in the new year.
He said that the uptake in Ireland has been very positive, and people should be proud of having one of the highest vaccine rates in the world.

Speaking to Shannonside Northern Sound, Liam said he could see examples of where insisting proof of vaccination would work.
