Cavan property prices up 51% since pre-Covid levels

Property prices in County Cavan now stand at €237,000.

That's 51% above the level seen at the start of the Covid-19 pandemic.

That's according to the latest report from Daft.ie

Nationally, house prices rose by an average of 3% during the second quarter of 2025.

The typical cost of a home nationwide in the second quarter of this year was almost €358,000.
