The N54 between Gannon’s Cross and Castlesaunderson in Co Cavan has re-opened following a road traffic collision yesterday evening. Gardaí were alerted following reports of an overturned lorry on the N54 at Drumgorry shortly after 7pm.
The incident involved an articulated lorry and the road was closed for a time to facilitate removing the vehicle from the road. According to local Gardaí, there was no one injured as a result of the incident. The road has since reopened.
