Cavan senator raises concerns about GAA digital ticketing

The board has recently introduced further options for patrons who don't or won't access technology to attend games.

A Cavan senator has raised concerns about the GAA's drive to phase out cash as a method of payment.
It follows an incident where a Roscommon man was turned away from a match because he could not pay digitally.

Cavan senator Sarah O'Reilly initiated a campaign two years ago in opposition to this, when Cavan County Board was among the first to introduce digital ticketing.
The board has recently introduced further options for patrons who don't or won't access technology to attend games.
But speaking on the Joe Finnegan Show this morning, Aontú Senator O'Reilly says it continues to be a real problem:
