Cavan star of Late Late Toy Show 'just had to be himself'

A Cavan farmer who starred on the Late Late Toy Show says he "just had to be himself".

11-year-old William Woods from Ballyconnell showcased a range of agriculture-based toys as part of last Friday's festive special.

As part of this, he gave a demonstration of the Millwood Crafts mart, and got Ryan Tubridy in on the act to play the role of the bidders - including President Michael D Higgins.

William told Shannonside Northern Sound that he managed to stay calm through all the excitement of having a famous buyer.
