Following a number of years, there is now a working group set up within the Cavan Chamber of Commerce.
Plans by the group is set to boost the economy of the County Town.
Bringing back Cavan’s voucher system and a St Patrick’s Day parade for the coming year are very much at the fore of the plans being put in place. The Chairman of the commerce is Cllr Philip Brady who is also a well known businessman in the town.

He says the group is energic and he see this thriving commerce being good news for the county town. Philip says there is plans being put in place for Christmas and a voucher system in the town is set to be launched also.
