The Monaghan Harps' GAA Club has highlighted how its demographics have changed in recent years.
Una Forde, the club's healthy club officer, said that over the previous 15 years, different nationalities have become involved with the club.
Speaking to Northern Sound, she said that children from other countries have began playing with the club for longer.
It comes as the club is hosting its "Film Awards Night" at the Hilgrove Hotel tomorrow night.
All proceeds from the event will go directly towards the ongoing development and improvement of the Harps' facilities and coaching programmes.
Una Forde said that the changing demographics in the club is great for the community.
She said: "I can see it over the last 15 years, the demographic completely changed. You have different nationalities, different parents have become involved, they're coaching and getting involved.
"Children have stayed with us after 12. Normally you would have got that they might not stay after they become teenagers. But a lot of them are staying around, and becoming members of the club and part of the community. It makes our numbers bigger, which is great," Ms. Forde added.
