The Christmas season is kicking off in Cootehill this weekend.
Festivities lined up include a visit from Santa, a Christmas market and the Christmas lights being turned on.
On Sunday, it will hosts its Christmas Market, featuring over 80 stalls, food trucks, live entertainment and festive characters.

Families are encouraged to wrap up warm, shop local and enjoy what they say is one of the country’s largest community-run markets.
Secretary of the Cootehill Chamber spoke to Northern Sound, she said there is something for everyone at this weekend's festivities.
