The Clones Marina has been described as a "game changer" for the local area.
Water was pumped in for the first time to the canal back in April last year and the marina was officially opened to the public later in June 2024.
Since then, the town of Clones has only gone from strength to strength, particularly when it comes to the significant increase in footfall.
Local businessman Ciaran Morgan of Lipton's Clones described the opening of the marina as a "game changer" with more tourists coming to Clones now than ever before.
