Gardai issued Northern Sound with the following statement this evening : Gardaí and emergency services attended the scene of a single vehicle road traffic collision on Tuesday September 30th 2025 at approximately 16:00 on the N2 near Monaghan town.
A male driver was conveyed to Our Lady of Lourdes Hospital Drogheda for injuries believed to be non-life threatening at the time.
