The Social Protection Minister says Community Welfare Service vacancies in Co Cavan have been filled.
A number of vacancies arose in the county due to retirements.
At a recent Ballyjamesduff MD meeting, councillors voiced concern over the vacant posts and said local people have had difficulties in accessing the services as a result.

A motion was passed calling on Minister Heather Humphreys to urgently fill the posts.
In an announcement this afternoon, Minister Humphreys confirmed that the Community Welfare Service in County Cavan "is fully operational".
She says the vacancies have been filled and "there are no difficulties in accessing the service".
