A convention to replace the seat on Cavan County Council vacated following Sarah O’Reilly being elected to the Seanad will take place tomorrow evening.
Eileen Clarke and Adrian Rodgers have put themselves forward for nomination.
The Aontú representative who has been a previous poll topper in the minimal district now sits on the Agricultural Panel in the Seanad. The selection will take place at 7:30pm tomorrow evening at the The Lavey Inn.
