A dairy farmer from Tipperary has completed a fundraising challenge in Co Cavan.
John Wallace undertook the challenge to walk all 550km Beara Breifne way, relying on people’s help and goodwill along the way.
The aim of this was to raise money for mental health charities as well as showing its okay to ask for help.

So far, he has raised over €21,500, and the donation page Miles for Minds is still open.
John completed the challenge this weekend, finishing in Blacklion in Co Cavan.
Speaking on the Joe Finnegan show this morning, he talked about finishing in Blacklion and the people he met along the way.
