Ireland's journey toward a circular economy continues with a final call for applications across Cavan and Monaghan for this year's Circular Communication Grants.
Valued at €100,000 in total, the programme is offering funding and hands-on mentorship to help community organisations across the Northern Sound region to spread the word about their circular projects before the 7th of November deadline.
Circular.ie supports community collaboration and the development of circular practices in every part of life. Circular.ie is committed to empowering community-based organisations in Monaghan with their work.
These grants are only one part of that commitment. Another part of their work is establishing a network of like-minded organisations across your county and the country.
There are two funding options available: Circular Communications Core - a €1,000 grant to help community groups, social enterprises and circular initiatives invest directly in communications and marketing activities such as digital campaigns, event promotion or materials that showcase their work.
Circular Communications Connections - a €5,000 grant that includes tailored mentorship from communications and marketing professionals to help groups plan and deliver impactful campaigns that raise awareness of circular living in their communities.
These grants are designed to support organisations working in areas such as reuse, repair, waste prevention and resource sharing, from upcycling workshops and repair cafés to refill stations and swap shops.
Applications for the Circular Communication Grants close this Friday on 7th November 2025.
Eligible applicants include community groups, voluntary and non-profit organisations, and small businesses with a community mission delivering environmental, social or cultural impact in the circular economy. Applications can be made quickly and easily through the online portal at www.circular.ie/circular-communication-grants.
