Ireland's Fittest Family returned with a bang over the weekend and a Monaghan family, the McKenna's, are set to star in episode 2 this weekend.
The McKenna family are a very active family who love sport.
They live in Corraghbrack, Co. Monaghan.
Sharon is extremely active and an inspiration to her children. She competes in adventure racing and cycling. All of the children enjoy GAA and clay pigeon shooting.
Her two sons, Caolan and Cormac are both on the team. Sharon described both boys as "active and strong", and "a great unit".
Speaking to Northern Sound, Sharon said that she has always enjoyed keeping fit, and that it is a big part of her life.
She said: "I've always enjoyed fitness, in my younger years I would have played a lot of football.
"Whenever I was having my family, I took to the gym, like doing Hyrox, adventure racing, Emyvale Cycling Club was a big part of my life as well.
"The kids would take their passion for shooting from their father, and his father before that, the McKenna's would be renowned for that in the area. It's just a way of life for us really," Sharon explained.
Although her daughter Cailin is now a fitness fanatic, but that wasn't always the case.
Cailin explained: "Whenever I was younger, I had to be dragged out of the house to do any sort of sport.
"It was only in the last six years, maybe seven or eight, that I've started really enjoying football, I couldn't live without it now. The friends and the bonds you make is just life changing.
"Running, I like keeping fit. If I don't get something done in the day, I'm annoyed," she added.
