The European Union and the UK are expected to announce a deal today. It's understood the UK and EU have agreed a so-called Brexit 'reset' deal, however we're told 'permanent access' to UK fishing waters was not something Downing Street could accept.
Both sides have promised to keep talking on youth mobility schemes.
Details are expected later, following a summit in London, with announcements that could also cover defence and trade. Reform UK's deputy leader Richard Tice has described it as a "surrender" to the EU:
