Ireland fans from across the Northern Sound region have made their way to Prague ahead of Ireland's World Cup playoff with Czechia this evening.
Monaghan Councillor, Raymond Aughey, is one of thousand's of Ireland fans who have descended on the Czech city ahead of tonight's game.
It was originally expected that 6,000 Ireland fans would make the trip. However, Cllr. Aughey believes that considerably more fans have made the trip.
Ireland have received an allocation of just 1,000 tickets for the game.
Cllr. Aughey is one of the lucky few to get a ticket.
Speaking to Northern Sound, he outlined his plan for the game.
Cllr. Aughey said: "I quite possibly have a ticket. We were lucky. We have a friend who has managed to procure a few tickets for us.
"We're going down to the stadium to buy Czech scarfs, so we can get in. As soon as we get into the stadium, it'll be scarves away, and green on," he added.
Gene Donohoe from Clones has also made the trip out to Prague.
He doesn't have a ticket for the match, and he came a roundabout way to get to the city.
Gene said: "We did the same as many other Irish people, we didn't fly into Prague. We flew into Krakow, and then we spent four hours there, before a six hour train journey into Prague.
"We left Enniskillen at two o clock in the morning, and we landed at about six, so 14 or 16 hours maybe," he added.
