The funeral of 14-year-old Kirsty Bohan, who died in a car crash on Monday, will take place today. Her mass will be held at 12 noon in the Church of St Patrick and Cuana and she will be buried afterwards in Donaghpatrick Cemetery.
14-year-old Lukas Joyce, who was also killed in the crash, will be buried tomorrow at Annaghdown Cemetery, following a service at St Brendan's Church. Both were students at Presentation College in Headford, Co Galway.
They died after the car they were travelling in, hit a tree just outside Headford in the early hours of Monday. Two other teenagers who were in the car are being treated for serious injuries in hospital.
