Gardai carried out searches in Kilnaleck on Monday as part of an ongoing operation.
Two searches were executed under warrant by Gardai in areas around the Cavan village but no arrests were made.
A Garda spokesperson told Northern Sound News that no further information on the operation, or details of the searches are being provided at this time as investigations continue.
