Gardaí in Bailieborough are currently investigating a number of incidents that occurred on Saturday evening, November 12th in the Ballyjamesduff area.
Between 6:30pm and 7:30pm a house was broken into in the Carnin area, Ballyjamesduff to Oldcastle road.
According to local Gardaí, a quantity of jewellery was taken.

Meanwhile, four cars were also broken into while their owners attended mass in St. Mary's Chapel, Castlerahan.
The house that was broken into was in close proximity to the Chapel.
Gardaí are appealing to anyone who witnessed suspicious activity in the area to contact Bailieborough Garda Station.
