Gardaí in Bailieborough are investigating a burglary which took place at the Virginia Sewage Treatment Plant.
The incident occurred over the night of Sunday, the 3rd of March and into Monday, the 4th of March.
Local Gardaí say there have been a number of similar incidents over recent weeks at the same location, which has caused disruption to services.

They added that the scene can pose a risk to those who choose to enter the facility without permission, and as a result, Bailieborough Gardaí are anxious to progress the investigation.
