Gardaí issue appeal for information on hit and run

Gardaí in Co. Monaghan are appealing for information in relation to a hit and run.

The traffic incident took place on the morning of Monday the 27th of January at around 6:45 a.m.

The hit and run occurred on the Kingscourt Road out of Carrickmacross.

According to Gardai the incident involved a dark grey vehicle which left the scene.

Garda Tracy Donaghy of Carrickmacross Garda Station is encouraging anyone with information to come forward.
