The registration number of a car involved in the fatal hit and run incident at Billis Bridge in Cavan last week has been release by Gardai.
They are seeking to locate a deep crystal blue Mazda registration 151-G-6239.
The car has damage to the left front headlight, front bumper, left front passenger wing, windscreen, and has a missing wing mirror on the passenger side.
Gardaí in Bailieboro are also continuing their appeal for information and are asking anyone who observed the car - including dealers, mechanics, scrap dealers and garages - to come forward.
Those with camera footage, including dash-cam, and who were travelling on the N3 Cavan to Virginia Road between 9pm and 11pm on Thursday the 18th August, are asked to make this footage available to Gardai.
