A government minister says she doesn't believe the state has failed in bringing in offers of accommodation for Ukrainian refugees quick enough.
Minister for Social Protection, Heather Humphreys, says they're under pressure but are working through options, including using old army barracks and building modular homes.
She says in the meantime they'll be looking for more host families to take in those fleeing the war:
